It’s been a few weeks since I last shared a weekly meal plan, and I left last week, which means meal planning stopped!
Having said that, starting this week, I’m going back to full meal replacements, so the upcoming meal plan is for my kids to enjoy.

on Monday
Weight Loss World-Friendly Cheesy Broccoli Bake. It’s super easy to do and the kids really love this.
Tuesday
Spiced Beef Fried Rice. Another favorite! This is a very quick dish to make.
Wednesday
Jacket potatoes with tuna and sweet corn. My youngest might opt for cheesy beans, we’ll see.

Thursday
Homemade Lasagna with Garlic Bread. The weather is expected to be a little rough this week, so today is a great dinner.
Friday
air fryer corn on the cob. Super delicious fake today.
Saturday
Roasted panini with turkey, cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto.
Sunday
hearty chopped vegetables. Another meatless dish of the week.
