Last week’s meal plan Descends well. All the plates were cleared so I’ll take it!we are eating Gusto Again this week because we love these recipes and having all the ingredients on hand and weighing is just a game changer!

on Monday
Greek Lamb, Pita Nachos and Garlic Mayo. (I love this recipe).
Tuesday
Hong Kong style chicken and mushroom rice. (Gusto cookbook).
Wednesday
Plant-based cheeseburger with sticky onions. One of our meatless dishes of the week.

Cheese and Bacon Potato Gratin.
Friday
Chicken and Leek Bake. I used Schwartz’s ready mix for this and it tasted great!

Homemade Cheesy Lasagna.
Sunday
Lamb dinner with roasted vegetables.
