Time for another meal plan and the first one for 2023! Nice to get back into some sort of routine again. We loved Gousto in many of our meal plans last year, but we’re mixing things up and going back to Hello Fresh starting next week. Of course I cook for myself so there will be some variation! This makes a nice addition to the meals for the week.
So, without further ado, here’s the meal plan for the week-
on Monday
Slow cooker tikka masala with mini cheese naans. Yum!
Tuesday
Roast Chicken Dinner with Roasted Parsnips, Carrots and Kale.
Wednesday

Thursday
Homemade Lasagna. My kids always look forward to this!
Friday
Good old sausage and mashed thick onion gravy.
Saturday
We go out on Saturdays, so we all go out to eat. Maybe it’s BBQ, or we could even try Taco Bell.
Sunday
minced vegetables. Love this hearty meal!
