It was great to plan meals again after being away for a week. Just like when you were away, I overindulged in too much junk food, but that’s okay, back to being more mindful this week.

Tuesday
Bacon omelet with salad. I’m so glad it’s salad weather again! I love salads, it’s quick and easy and tastes so good.

Haddock fish cakes with cheddar, leeks and Jersey Royal potatoes.
Thursday
Chicken Kyiv with Potato Salad.
Friday
Keema curry pilaf. We usually serve it with cheesy naan bread, but I’m skipping them this week.
Saturday
We’re bringing our new puppy today, so we’ll be having lunch while we’re out. So excited!
Sunday
Slow cooker vegetable stew. Here are our meatless dinners for the week.
