Meal Plan Ideas Week 71


Had a puppy and my youngest had a dental procedure and spent a good few weeks here. I’m relieved to be back on track with meal planning and no planning or bookings for the foreseeable future!
We’ve planned some delicious dinners this week and I’m excited to use good old Gousto recipe boxes again.
So, without further ado, here’s the meal plan for the week.

on Monday

Grilled Chicken Dinner. Roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding all served with a rich gravy. We were supposed to eat this yesterday but it was too hot to cook so we ended up ordering takeaway.

Tuesday

Swedish-style meatballs with mashed potatoes and peas. (Gusto recipe)

Wednesday

Crispy Gnocchi Salad Dressing with Garlic Mushrooms. (Gusto recipe)
First meatless meal of the week.

Thursday

Cheesy Pepperoni Pasta Bake. (Gusto recipe)

Friday

Homemade Falafel Serve with Greek salad and flatbread. The second meatless meal of the week, perfect for the warmer days.

Saturday

Time to dust off that old grill. We love making all our grilled items ourselves, such as burger patties, Kofta kebabs, chicken kebabs, pulled pork and ribs. Apparently a couple of cold beers or a pina colada.

Sunday

We’re going out today so we’re going to have homemade lasagna ready before we head out so I can pop it in the oven when I get home.
