It’s been a few weeks since our event last meal plan. We still use Gousto, but I’m going to suspend my subscription this week because we’re taking a few days off and don’t need it.
The weather has been warmer lately and I’ve been eating a lot of salads. They’re so easy to put together and really refreshing when it’s hot outside. The kids also ate more salad which is worth mentioning!

on Monday
Potatoes with skin on with tuna and sweet corn. I might have some salad to go with these.
Tuesday
Today we set off to explore with National Trust members. I will prepare a boxed lunch to take with me.

Wednesday
Puka pie with chips. I spotted puka pies on sale while shopping, so frugal for a Wednesday dinner! Likes to haggle.
Thursday
Meatball and Garlic Bread Tray Bake.
Friday
Baked potatoes. Homemade cheese sauce, red onions and bacon. Served with a little steamed broccoli.
Saturday
Sticky sweet and sour pork ribs with egg fried rice.
Sunday
I have a stuffed chicken breast in the freezer, so I’ll use that with roasted veggies and potatoes. And lots of thick onion juice! Um.
