Another week another meal plan! Most of this week’s meals are centred around Slimming World. Although I am not subscribed, nor following the plan properly, there are a lot of meals that we have enjoyed previously. They are also great if you are watching your calorie intake so I am incorporating these into our regular week.
Without further ado, this is what we have planned for the week ahead.
Monday –
Slimming World Southern Style Chicken served with sweet potato fries and corn on the cob.
Tuesday –
Beef Ragu Pasta Bake. A quick and easy Tuesday dinner for us! The fact that it tastes great is just a bonus!
Wednesday –
Bacon, squash and sweet potato stew served with mashed potatoes. It’s going to be cold this week so this really quick and simple stew ticks all of the boxes for a midweek treat.
Thursday –
Chinese five-spiced beef fried rice. Everyone cleans their plates after this one!
Friday –
Char Sui Pork Noodles Slimming World friendly fakeaway Friday.
Saturday –
Slow cooker chicken tikka massala. I will bring you the recipe for this next week. It is without a doubt THE best curry we have ever cooked at home and far better than some of the takeaway curries that we’ve tried. Real easy to make and tastes amazing. Served with a mini cheese naan bread and pilau rice.
Sunday –
Roast chicken dinner. Loads of roasted carrots, parsnips, potatoes with cauliflower, and broccoli smothered in thick gravy.
