Old Fashioned Mocktail Recipe | Jesse Ann Kirby

If you missed it last week, we shared The Perfect Cozy Fall Cocktail Recipe from our The new favorite cocktail bar in Woodstock, Vermont. Au Comptoir uses their own house-made juices, syrups, tinctures and infused liquors to make each cocktail flawless. One of the lovely things about Au Comptoir is that they also have mocktails for those who want to enjoy a non-alcoholic drink.

Au Comptoir shares with us their delicious old-fashioned mocktail recipe called “Sapling”. It’s an apple cinnamon-inspired drink that delivers the perfect crisp, refreshing fall vibe that’s well-balanced without being too sweet.

Apple pie served in a glass, this mocktail tastes great and can be sipped slowly like an old fashioned one.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker jar filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a large rock glass with large ice cubes. Garnish with dehydrated apple slices.
