Our stay at the Etéreo Resort in Riviera Maya – Auberge Resorts Collection

If you follow me on instagram, you probably know we just returned from gorgeous Riviera Maya’s ethereal resort Today, I want to share some of my favorite moments from this very special trip. What I love about the Auberge Resort Collection is that each hotel is completely unique and different, but no matter which hotel you choose, it’s always a supremely luxurious experience.

As I write this, I’m trying to point out what we love most about the resort…the location, the hotel itself, or the beautiful white sandy beach and incredibly relaxing vibe? I think it’s a combination of all of the above. Etéreo is easily one of the most beautiful and stylish hotels I’ve ever stayed in and looks and feels like a paradise. We love the ambience of the resort (the calming shades of neutral tones designed to enhance the natural beauty that surrounds it is divine), the incredible white sand beaches and blue waters of the Caribbean coastline, the unique relaxing vibe of the resort and inspired by Mayan traditions ‘s incredible food.

Highlights and Special Recommendations:

Please be sure to Itam (One of the many restaurants in the hotel). We had dinner there the first night and the meal and experience was incredible. Our particular favorites are the Yuca Tostadas and Striped Bass.

Book a private cabin for a perfect day at the beach! We spent most of our first day on the beach and it was the most relaxing experience. I also highly recommend ordering some food and refreshments. The selection of cocktails is particularly impressive. All drinks are incredibly refreshing and delicious.

Enjoy the perfect morning by the pool! We love to cool off on these comfy daybeds or on the sun loungers in the infinity pool.

lunch at what? What! We absolutely love this outdoor restaurant! The food is of course incredible, but what we especially love is being able to take in the stunning views as you sit down and enjoy your meal.
