Pizza Burrata Pasta | Lexi’s Clean Kitchen


Think elevated, grown up baked ziti! This Pizza Burrata Pasta is all of the flavors of a gourmet pizza packed into a delicious pasta dinner! It’s loaded with crispy prosciutto, special marinara, bursting tomatoes, and burrata cheese.

Insanely delicious Pasta Burrata Recipe

This pasta burrata recipe was inspired by a dip I tried while in Maine. I was so blown away by this dip that I just had to recreate it…and I did with my pizza burrata dip recipe. It’s incredible and the perfect starter anytime you are hosting!

Well, the dip was so good that I just had to make it into an entree, too. And so this pizza burrata pasta was born! It’s essentially a similar recipe as my pizza burrata dip but made into a meal with your favorite pasta.

This pasta burrata is decadent yet easy to make, ultra-creamy, cheesy, garlicky, rich, and SO good!

Ingredients Needed

  • Prosciutto: adds saltiness and a delicious crunchy texture.
  • Oil: you can use olive oil or avocado oil.
  • Garlic: freshly minced garlic is the way to go.
  • Red Pepper Flakes and Sea Salt: you just need a couple of seasonings to heighten the flavor of this pasta. If you don’t like spice, simply leave out the red pepper flakes.
  • Grape Tomatoes: no need to cut them up. Once cooked, the grape tomatoes burst into a delicious sauce.
  • Burrata Cheese: no need to slice into smaller pieces. You just let it melt as-is! I use Maplebrook Farms!
  • Store-Bought Marinara Sauce: use your favorite variety, but make sure it’s great quality! I like Rao’s!
  • Pasta: use whatever pasta shape you prefer. I use Jovial gluten-free!
  • Mozzarella Cheese: use freshly grated mozzarella for the best texture.
  • For Serving: I like to garnish with fresh basil and additional red pepper flakes.
