Equipment: Weights (dumbbells, water bottle, jug, or other), optional chair back or wall, optional wrist/ankle weights
Format: Follow along with Coach Angela in the video for more instructional guidance. Perform every 3:00 round as directed. 1:00 intensity exercise between 3:00 rounds.
Round 1:
- 3:00 Squat Cross Punch
- 1:00: Alternating reverse lunges
second round
- 3:00: jab + elbow, jab-cross jab-elbow, each side
- 1:00 Squat press
third round
- 3:00 Round kicking left and right; progression of squats with alternating kicks
- 1:00 Leg lift
Round 4:
- 3:00: Knee kick, shin kick, jumping shin
1:00 Goblet squat
