- bone-in chicken thighs – I recommend bone-in thighs for the juiciest chicken paprika, but you can also use chicken breasts or boneless skinless chicken thighs. (Cooking times will vary.)

- vegetable – You will need a red bell pepper, yellow onion and freshly minced garlic (or 1 1/2 tsp canned minced garlic For convenience).

How to Make Chili Chicken

- Season the chicken. Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (the amount is 4 chicken pieces combined).
