Red White Blue Shake – Dr. Kellyann


Relax by the pool or on the beach with the perfect Patriotic Red, White, and Blue Smoothie on July 4th! Three layers with different flavors make this recipe absolutely delicious and dairy free!

🇺🇸 red layer

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana (optional)
  • ¼ cup raspberries

🇺🇸 white layer

  • ½ cup coconut kefir
  • 1 scoop Dr. Kellyann Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
  • ice

🇺🇸 blue layer

  1. ½ cup coconut kefir
  2. ½ frozen banana (optional)
  3. ½ cup blueberries
  4. 2 drops of natural blue food dye or natural dyes

route:

  1. For each layer, blend ingredients until smooth. We recommend cleaning the blender between uses to avoid mixing of colors.
  2. Freeze each layer in its own glass for at least 20-30 minutes, then layer each layer into glasses to enjoy
