Ryan Reynolds shared a photo from his upcoming Apple original movie “Spirited Away” on Twitter on Wednesday, which also starred Will Ferrell.
“The first day I was filming with my comedy idol Will Ferrell. You would hardly notice that this is an @Apple movie!” the 44-year-old “Deadpool” star wrote in the title.
“In addition, iOS 14.6 will start to install in 7 seconds,” Reynolds added, and delved into Apple’s operating system. In the photo, you can also see the actor wearing Apple Airpods.
Fans shared their reaction to Reynolds’ post in the comments section.
One of his fans wrote: “This is Secret Deadpool 3. Ferrer has joined the MCU.”
Another fan commented, “This is going to be an ugly question. You are very funny and talented, but Will Ferrell… is not. Most of his humor is the immature 14-year-old boy .”
A Twitter user pointed out that “Killer’s Wife’s Bodyguard” disappointed many fans and hoped that Apple would put more energy into this project. “I want Apple to put in more effort than the person responsible for the wife of the killer’s bodyguard… It was a cartoon. What happened?” the user wrote.
Considering how close the actor’s face is in the photo, one of the fans commented: “I bet that Will Farrell’s private one-on-one meeting will take several weeks to get close to yours. Face, you can learn not to laugh immediately and laugh on the floor. That alone deserves an Oscar, haha.”
“Spirited Away” is adapted from the classic novel “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens. At the helm Sean Anders and John Morris. It also starred Octavia Spencer and Sunita Mani.
The production of this movie started in Boston, and the scene on Tuesday was Shoot At Fairmont Copley Square. Hollywood filmmakers have filmed “Little Women”, “The Company”, “Bride Wars” and “American Hoax” at the same location.
Reynolds Next will be seen in the action comedy movie “Free Guy” scheduled to be released on August 11. The movie also starred Jodie Comer, Twitch anchor Pokimane, Irish YouTuber Jacksepticeye, Joe Keery and Taika Waititi.
The actor will also appear in Rawson Marshall Thurber’s black comedy “Red Notice”, which also starred Gal Gadot and Dawn Johnson.
