Today I’m talking to body language expert Linda Clemons, and we’re going to get into those parts of non-verbal communication — all of these times when we need to use our intuition to help us decipher what people actually mean.

Maybe you’re wondering how to tell if someone is lying or telling the truth. Or maybe you want to consciously use your body language to build more trust in your relationship, or act more confident at work so you’ll get noticed for this big promotion. These are just some examples of how we can use body language to give us an edge when communicating.
