  1. Brown sausage. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the crumbled sausages until brown, breaking up with a spoon or spatula.
  2. Mix in egg mixture. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sea salt and black pepper. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
