Coat with seasonings and roast until fragrant, golden, nutty and crispy, slightly caramelized and delicious.

I love adding them to holiday charcuterie boards. Alternatively, they're perfect for wrapping and making delicious gifts!

  • protein: This increases the protein content, allowing the seasoning to adhere to the nuts and create the crispy appearance we desire.
  • Maple syrup: Adds a hint of sweetness. Honey would work too, if you prefer.
  • Vanilla extract: I use Homemade Vanilla Extractbut store-bought varieties are totally fine too.
  • Fresh rosemary: Finely chopped, it adds brightness and a rounded texture.
  • spices: Sea salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika add the perfect amount of spice. Feel free to adjust as needed to suit your taste preferences!
  • Raw unsalted nuts: Use any combination of your favorite nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, pecans and cashews.

How to Make Spiced Maple Rosemary Party Nuts Recipe

The nut mixture has a rich, salty flavor with a hint of spiciness, but I wouldn't call it spicy. If you like spice, feel free to add as much paprika or paprika as you see fit!
