PeaceHealth plans to implement Vivor system-wide as part of a broader initiative to meet the financial needs of its community. Vivor will integrate with PeaceHealth epic Electronic health records enable PeaceHealth to centralize its co-payment and free/alternative medication workflows on a cloud-based platform. By deploying technology and more financial advocates throughout the system, PeaceHealth estimates that more than 6,000 patients will receive the financial assistance they need each year. These patients will benefit from a simplified financial experience and safer access to treatment.

Osmin, A health technology startup that focuses on mental health electronic medical records, has completed a US$15 million Series A financing. Future Ventures led the round of financing. Existing investor General Catalyst and new investor Tiger Global, Offline Ventures and Yahoo! co-founder Yang Zhiyuan’s AME Cloud Ventures. Many angel investors also participated in this round of financing, including Joshua Kushner (co-founder of Oscar Health and Thrive Capital), Adrian Aoun (founder of Forward), Jonathan Hirsch (founder of Syapse), Alice Zhang (Verge Genomics) Co-founder of ), Bay Gross (co-founder of Cityblock Health) and Linhao Zhang (co-founder of TrialSpark).

The company also announced the addition of Miki Kapoor (the co-founder of Verana Health) as a consultant. Osmind currently provides more than 215 mental health services in 38 states across the country. To read more, click here.


syllable, An artificial intelligence-driven healthcare service company that changed the way the healthcare system provides customer service, raising $28 million in Series B financing. Oak HC/FT led this round with the participation of previous investor Section 32.

The company seeks to address the poor representation of the healthcare industry in terms of customer service. Syllable has built an artificial intelligence platform that can answer every call received by the hospital, and enable automated workflows and self-service options to help patients find and take the right next step in their healthcare journey.

RxRevu, A health technology company that provides comprehensive decision support tools to support patients’ access to care, has established a strategic partnership with Providence Insurance Investment Corporation. The transaction includes new investments, which will enable the company to further expand its decision support capabilities and product portfolio under the strategic guidance of Providence.
