When it comes to fruit, I’m a big fan of berries, like the ones in this recipe. They’re high in fiber, which is important for supporting a healthy gut. They contain vitamin C, which helps boost the immune system (1) and health-promoting antioxidants that help reduce inflammation. Berries also contain a variety of phytochemicals that have anti-cancer, anti-neurodegenerative, and anti-inflammatory properties.2).

Summer Berry Parfait
