Notes about flour mixture:

Although there are more mixtures available now and some may be great, you will notice that my gluten-free method is different from many methods. In fact, my baking recipes do not use gluten-free flour mixtures. Instead, I use some of the most common gluten-free flours such as almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, coconut flour and oatmeal flour to make delicious versions of some of my favorite recipes. My goal, and the most important element in any recipe, is that it is so delicious, so everyone, regardless of food intolerance, can enjoy them!
