This Is Reality – Reality Winners Podcast
Craig told me about this podcast a few days ago, so I just started listening and I’m hooked. The real winner (yes, her name) was a 25-year-old Air Force linguist who was accused of leaking to the media evidence of Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Her maximum sentence for publishing government information without authorization is five years and three months. This podcast reveals the story behind the real-life winner and her current quest for leniency.
Lost Hills: Season 2
This true crime podcast follows the mysterious drowning of a Malibu woman and her son. Her husband Fred was convicted of murder, but he went on to claim his innocence along with the victim’s family. However, there is more to the story, and Fred’s first wife also died under suspicious circumstances. Is this a horrible coincidence or something more sinister?
Fiasco: Benghazi
Full disclosure This podcast is only available to subscribers (you can preview the first episode). If you want to know more about what happened in Benghazi and the events that led to it, the presenters did a great job of making complex topics easier to understand and understand. I learned a lot from listening to this well-researched story.
