This super simple slow cooker Biscoff fudge tastes extraordinary! I actually think this is my favorite fudge recipe.
It is creamy, sweet and full of Biscoff’s deliciousness! Follow or print the recipe below. You will not regret it!

Is the slow-cooked fudge cooked with the lid open or closed?

Do not cover the lid during the entire cooking process. Keeping the lid open will cause moisture to build up and make your mixture almost impossible to thicken. After the mixture has melted, you need to stir it every 15 minutes. Therefore, the time that the lid is closed is longer than the time it is opened.

Why is my gummies not solidified?

The main reason your gummies did not set is that you did not let it reach the desired temperature. In a slow cooker, it is impossible to obtain the traditional curdled creamy fudge consistency. But you still need to get all the mixture to reach about 200 degrees, which takes at least an hour at low settings.

How long can I eat slow cooker fudge?

A batch of slow-cooked fudge should last a few weeks in an airtight container. However, it has never been in our house for a few days!

Can you freeze slow cooker fudge?

You can make fudge in advance and freeze it. Wrap tightly in freezer-safe plastic wrap, it can be frozen well for up to three months. However, please thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before trying to eat it.

  • 125 g Biscoff spread
  • 500g white chocolate
  • 125 grams of Biscoff biscuits (crushed).

  • Preheat the slow cooker over high heat. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. I always use 9×9 pallets. This is the perfect size for making lots of gummies.
  • Break your chocolate and add it to the slow cooker with the condensed milk.
  • Stir the mixture frequently for up to half an hour or until melted.
  • Turn off the slow cooker and now add the Biscoff sauce and crushed Biscoff biscuits. Mix roughly, but don’t over mix.
  • Pour the mixture into the oven tray and place extra biscuits on top. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
  • Once the fudge is set, cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
  • Laugh at Biscoff jelly!
