As Twilio’s head of global healthcare, Collins led the company’s healthcare vertical and built Twilio as a leader in iconic brands such as Epic, ZocDoc, Doximity, Doctor On Demand, and MDLive, as well as communications and engagement technologies for numerous hospitals and health systems. Leading suppliers, public health agencies and life sciences organizations.

Previously, she led the innovation and healthcare business units at Salesforce, advising the company’s largest clients on digital transformation, and partnering with leading health tech companies. She also initiated the enterprise health cloud category now utilized by analysts tracking the healthcare CRM space.

Collins also leads organizations within the Yale New Haven and Emory Healthcare Systems, serving as Chief Marketing and Customer Service Officer for Advanced Radiology and Chief Executive Officer for Atlanta Radiology, respectively.
