Judge Denied Britney Spears‘Ask for a hearing and may see her father’s custody rights suspended.
The pop star’s new lawyer, Mathew S Rosengart, requested an emergency hearing last week to examine her father’s identity Jamie Spears.
However, a page-long court document in Los Angeles shows that Judge Brenda Penny rejected the request for an early hearing, which means that a hearing may be held on September 29.
According to the “Daily Mail” report, the judge also rejected the singer’s request to immediately suspend the 69-year-old Mr. Spears as her administrator.
Mr. Rosengart was formally announced as the singer’s new lawyer in July, after she had filed a series of explosive charges against the complicated legal arrangements overseeing her life.
At the June 23 hearing, she described supervision as “abuse.”
On Friday, Mr. Spears described the singer as a “mentally ill”.
Mr. Spears claimed that Montgomery called him in July to ask about his daughter’s mental health.
But Montgomery and her lawyers stated that Mr. Spears “distorted and manipulated” the phone to take advantage of him.
Mr. Spears refused to supervise his daughter’s work in 2019, citing poor health.
He was temporarily replaced by the court-appointed professional player Jodi Montgomery.
However, the two recently clashed over their respective roles.
After confirming that there will not be an early hearing, Spears told fans on Instagram that they “only know” half of what is happening.
In addition to a fan video with the #FreeBritney flag, she wrote: “Oh my God, look at that flag!!! I was like “My flag is on the American flag! ? ! ? “…Yes…I’m blowing my own horn…Is that bad???????? I know in my previous post I said that you know my situation, but let me clarify… …You only know half!!!
“For many of you, I should be cautious about what I post… I mean, if you really think about… everything I have experienced, I believe I was too cautious!!! One day I will live on the edge!!! One day.”
