Kalque, along with several Argentine nationals, was accused by the authorities of having played a key role in promoting chlorine dioxide as a treatment for various diseases, including Covid-19, in conferences, books and social media in the country.
According to legal documents seen by Insider, Kalcker is believed to be residing in Switzerland.
In March, the police raided properties in Buenos Aires and the western city of Mar del Plata, where chlorine dioxide is being manufactured and sold.
