A serious collision of a truck, a minibus and a car closed the road M25
Details of the injured have not yet been released, but the ambulance service said that “many people” are being treated after a car accident at the intersection of No. 27 and No. 26 in the counterclockwise lane.
The police described it as a “serious collision” and urged motorists to look for alternative routes if they plan to travel before Tuesday morning rush hour.

A statement from Essex Police Said: “We responded to the report about the truck, minibus and car crashing J26-27 in a counterclockwise direction at 6:15 pm. It is still closed.
“If you travel before tomorrow’s rush hour, please take another route.”
The statement added: “We want to thank everyone on M25 for their patience.”
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust Fund said in a statement: “We were at the scene of a serious collision on the M25 near Waltham Abbey.
“We have sent a hazardous area response team, two air ambulances, nine ambulances, four ambulance personnel and one LAS (London Ambulance Service) vehicle.
“Both lanes have been closed, and we are treating some related personnel.”
Fire trucks from Brentwood, Lawton, Waltham Abbey and Epping attended the scene.
Richie Green, Incident Commander of the Essex Fire and Rescue Bureau said: “Our staff work very hard under difficult and dynamic conditions.
“While we work with other emergency services to ensure safety on the spot, we thank the public for their patience.”
Parv Domah was one of the people who got stuck in traffic near junction 26.
He told the PA News Agency: “I can’t tell you what happened, I can only say that I have been here for three hours.
“There were about 30 ambulances passing by, and two air ambulances.

Essex Police said the English Highway is working hard to remove stationary cars from the highway.
