A road rage incident almost ended in tragedy. A father was stabbed many times in front of his family.

Police said that 25-year-old Johnny Duncan had two stab wounds on his chest and a cut on his abdomen and left arm after an argument with another driver in Logan, Australia.

On Tuesday afternoon, Duncan’s partner Dini Grant-Williams and the couple’s 18-month-old daughter were present, she told 7 Australia News.

She said a nurse explained to her that her partner was lucky to be alive because the stabbing situation could be worse.

A 21-year-old man, Hamish Jordan Conor Glasby, was charged with one count of serious bodily injury.

She said: “One of the head nurses told me,’You need to let him know how lucky he is to be alive now.’

“The situation may be worse. We are lucky that he is even here.”

Explaining the argument that led to the stabbing, Grant Williams said that the attacker had been following her family on Loganlea Road on Tuesday afternoon.

Grant Williams claimed that Duncan confronted the man, and a scuffle broke out between the two, resulting in stabbing injuries.

She was able to drive Duncan to the hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

Grant William explained the journey after the quarrel and the situation of her partner.

While driving, he begged her to “hurry up.”

She said: “Half of his liver is dead.

“He looks like he just passed out.

“He stumbled and got out of the car and fell into the hospital. I was shocked.

Allegedly, the defendant Glasby fled the scene but later surrendered to the police.

He appeared in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday and was refused bail.

According to Queensland police According to Service’s online crime map, Logan had 238 attacks between October 17, 2021 and November 16, 2021.

Fifty-two of these occurred last week.

Austin Blayne Faltermeier, 32, crashed into another car driven by Parker Norman Gour, 24, with a woman and a child in the car.

Gul responded to this and shot the woman with a pistol at Faltmeier’s car. The woman was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Both Gour and Faltermeier have been arrested, Gour is related to manslaughter and gun possession, and Fatlermeier is related to first-degree assaults, beatings, and illegal acts against children.
