The man who killed his wife with heroin oatmeal two weeks before the other women moved in is guilty


A man in Michigan was charged with murder for allegedly mixing heroine in his wife’s cereal and was found guilty on Wednesday. He faces a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment for deliberate murder.

According to reports, the neighbor went to Harris’s house and found her dead in their bed.

Allegedly, Harris also tried to hire two different people, including a former colleague, to murder his wife for $5,000. These attempts occurred when friends and colleagues recalled that Harris occasionally talked about “getting rid of” his wife, and they all thought it meant they would get divorced.

In 2016, the case was transferred from the local police to the Michigan State Police, which is also the time for testing of Christina’s breast milk samples frozen before. As a mother of two children, including a baby at the time of her death, Harris has multiple containers of her breast milk in her refrigerator.

After her family repeatedly commented that Christina had never used any type of drugs, investigators tested her breast milk.

When the test results did not find any drug residues, the forensic doctor who initially ruled that she died of accidental drug overdose concluded that a mother of two children who had no drug history or physical evidence suddenly took heroin overdose was unreasonable.

Allegedly, a few weeks after his wife’s death, Harris also moved another woman from Rhode Island to his home. police Later, before his wife died, he found thousands of text messages between Harris and the woman on his mobile phone.

“This is a very tragic case, and my heart is with my family and friends,” said prosecutor David Leyton.

Harris’ lawyer did not immediately comment.

Harris was indicted in 2019, five years after his wife’s death. He received a life insurance benefit of $120,000.
