In 2017, 53-year-old Lawrence Michael Handley (Lawrence Michael Handley) made millions of dollars through the healthcare business and planned to kidnap his 50-year-old separated wife Schanda.
When Bressey and Haines drowned when trying to escape the police by abandoning the van and jumping into the canal, the plan went wrong. Schanda Handley was later found strapped to the back of the car.
A few days later, the police found Handley tracked him to a motel and was arrested.
