Adaptive gingerbread latte

Mint Adaptor Hot Chocolate

- 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mixture
- 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
- Mint for garnish
Heat ½ cup of skimmed milk in the microwave to hot. Add your hot chocolate mixture and Ashwagandha. Then add peppermint extract and stir everything. Use a frother to beat the remaining milk into a cream. Pour half of the chocolate mixture into a cup and put frothed milk on top. Top it with mint and voila!
Cocoa Tonic
