Aman New York is an all-suite hotel. Exuding sophistication, each suite has been crafted by French designer Jean-Michel Gathy, blending modern luxury with timeless Asian design. Rooms offer plush bedding, stylish furnishings and stunning city skyline views.
We stayed in a junior suite on Fifth Avenue, about 72 square meters. Our dedicated butler checked us in directly in the suite and gave us a small tour. I love the fact that everything can be controlled from an iPad, from the blinds to the top down mechanism of the TV, room service, spa reservations… all in a very smooth manner.
As always, Aman’s attention to detail ensures your stay exceeds all expectations. I particularly like the spacious bathroom and the marble imitation wood floor. Truly stunning design and a real wow factor.

Aman New York has two main restaurants, both located on the 14th floor: Arva and Nama. Arva is an Italian restaurant with a la carte breakfast and I have to say it was a very good breakfast. The service was fast, efficient and the taste was exactly to our liking. Guess what: If you want to enjoy an al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner, use the oversized patio overlooking Fifth Avenue.
Nama, on the other hand, is a Japanese restaurant that invites guests to explore the fine dining concept of an omakase.this Chef hair experience Diners can enjoy a multi-course menu carefully selected by Chef Takuma Yonemaru based on the ingredients purchased that day.
Whatever the case may be, in both cases you will be embarking on a gastronomic experience where every meal will be unforgettable. Not to mention the vast selection of wines and spirits available to complement your culinary journey. Perfection is always on the menu!
