Recently, we have seen a lot of wonderful conversations in our private community The Dynamite Circle.

One of our favorite topics is “Is it possible for digital nomadism to be combined with the family?”

Although there were many insightful responses in that thread, one member in particular caught our attention.

Stephen Radek Is the head of a company called E-Learning Advocacy Open the learning management systemHe is also a long-term entrepreneur and has lived outside the United States for 16 years.

Together with their wife Dana, they raised three children in Hungary, Costa Rica, Thailand and Mexico.

Stephen joins us this week to talk about the true feeling of balancing parenting and nomadism, and the unique challenges that foreign families face globally.
