The Wassail Parade is one of the most anticipated events of the season in Woodstock, Vermont. Many annual events throughout the town are planned around this festive parade. The Horse and Carriage Holiday Parade starts at 2pm on Saturday 10 December and takes place around the village green. Horses, riders and carriages are dressed head to toe in traditional and festive attire. The event culminates with an evening tree lighting, carols and lighting.
