European bicycle rental giant joins the capital Cycling Realize the revolution by providing monthly bike rental subscriptions to Londoners.
The Dutch company Swapfiets, which translates as “exchange bicycles”, will even replace the bicycle if it is stolen or badly damaged.
The company said it will also carry out repairs within 48 hours.
Londoners can rent a basic bike with the company’s unique blue front tires for a price starting from £13 per month, and an electric bike for up to £75. It has rented out bicycles to more than 220,000 people in nine European countries.
London It is the first British city to try this service, and the company said it hopes to encourage more people to ride bicycles when employees return to the office.
