A few weeks ago, my neighbor kindly sent me a delicious sausage and vegetable quiche and shared the recipe with me. It’s easy to whip up, throw in the oven, and have lunch or breakfast ready for the week! The combination of eggs, protein, and tasty veggies is so delicious and nutritious.

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1/2 tsp.wise man
