Review – I try my best to keep a clean home. This is sometimes a failed battle with rabbits and cats and their constant shedding. I found that automation is a practical method ahead of hair, and I have used several different vacuum cleaners over the years. I want to take a look at the 360 S8 sweeping robot and see how it performs.
What is it?
The 360 S8 sweeping robot is a wifi-connected vacuuming and mopping system. It uses lidar for navigation and can be controlled via a smartphone app.

Design and features:
The 360 S8 robotic vacuum cleaner arrived on its journey intact in its cardboard sarcophagus.
The packaging is adequate and protective.
The power supply has a number of international tips.
The charging base is sturdy and extra cables are stored inside.
The power connector of the base can be easily inserted through the coaxial connector.
On the top of the S8 vacuum fuselage is a lidar navigation turret.
The bottom of the 360 S8 sweeping robot uses multi-section tires for excellent traction.
The rotating brush helps to transfer the debris to the vacuum suction cup.
The brush strip does a good job of vacuuming.
The rear lever releases the collection box.
The dust bucket and water tank are combined into a single modular component.
Charging takes several hours, and the status is provided by the backlight in the button.
To access all the functions of the 360 S8 sweeping robot, you need to load the 360 application and create an account. I did not encounter any problems and connected the vacuum to my network within a few minutes.
Before the maiden voyage, the app helped prepare the area.
Certain functions can be disabled at specific times of the day. I can imagine that this might be useful for situations that require extra silence (such as a baby nap). Nice feature!
The 360 S8 sweeping robot can be delivered at the push of a button. After running for a few minutes, the mapping function began to appear.

When crawling around my home for the first time, I was impressed that the vacuum cleaner was not entangled in any carpets, shoes or cramped spaces.During the second trip using the mop, the robot managed to trip itself on the carpet and warned me verbally
The 360 S8 sweeping robot is a bit long-winded! I like verbal notifications, such as “charging”, “I’m coming” (find the robot), “take a break” (pause), “task complete, recharge” and so on. If the sound messages are not the cup of tea you like, you can disable them in the app. I find that verbal commands are particularly useful when troubleshooting, and can illustrate useful information, such as “Trash has been removed” or “I am stuck. Please restart me elsewhere.” Very convenient!
The data after cleaning reports the work done by S8.
For international use, different language packs can be loaded into the robot. It’s slippery.
Once the 360 S8 sweeping robot completes a complete cycle, it will generate maps and areas, allowing custom cleaning and restricted areas. These are very effective and accurate when the robot bypasses your residence.
The robot’s first journey upstairs in my house took 84 minutes and covered 134 square meters (1440 square feet) (units can be selected in the app). During that time, it collected a lot of rabbit and cat hair, dust and dirt. This is what it looks like before and after cleaning:
Long hair may become tangled in the cleaning stick, but it is easy to remove and remove.
Oops! But I am glad that these disgusting things no longer appear on my floor! Good job, 360!
Next, I connected the mop head and filled the water tank…
…And then send it to clean the kitchen. The robot mops the floor in a straight line at approximately the same speed as the vacuum. I think my house is cleaner, but this was picked up by the robot’s mop head in a room…
