It seems that the waking leftists are bringing their authoritarian impulses to the healthcare industry. It seems that they are not satisfied with using their extreme left to invade the military and education system, and now they are trying to ensure that medical staff conform to the theology of Awakening.
This Washington Examiner The report said, “A Harvard-graduate doctor claimed that she was demoted after her colleagues discovered her social media posts criticizing leftist movements and remarks.”
The report continued:
Dr. Tara Gustilo, a woman of color, claimed that she was demoted to Minneapolis due to her social media posts criticizing the “black man’s fate” remarks and criticism. The director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Hennepin Health Care System has racial theory and is taking legal action against it.
In a video posted on Twitter, Gustilo said that she “is taking legal action against the Hennepin healthcare system because I am deeply concerned about the current direction of the institution and how it might affect the care of our patients.”
The doctor pointed out that her clinic was “the one with the highest patient satisfaction among all doctors”, but she was “recently demoted because of my personal beliefs.”
The problem started shortly after the murders of George Floyd and Gustilo, they began to express their opinions on racial neutral care and publicly opposed racial essentialism on her Facebook page . The hospital is transitioning to “apartheid care.” Anti-Intolerance and Racism Foundation (Fair).
Dr. Tara Gustilo is a woman of color and a Harvard-educated doctor in the Hennepin Health Care System (HHS). She was the chairperson of the obstetrics and gynecology department until HHS decided that her personal view of race did not match her skin color.

Her colleagues tried to convince her that she should agree with their views on race, because she is a person of color. They argued that her views revealed her “internalized whites”, a stupid term made up of diehard leftists who had trouble dealing with minorities who did not adhere to the doctrine of their choice.
In the video, Gustilo explained that these colleagues, after seeing her social media posts, thought she was “no longer suitable to serve as department chair.”
The examiner reported:
Many of Gustilo’s colleagues responded to her personal views, accusing her of being a racist, having a mental breakdown, and unsuitable for leading her team, she said, and pointed out that her employer lied to her performance to justify her demotion because of it. Knowing that this might not punish her for having political opinions she doesn’t like.
“They claimed that I was late for the meeting and had poor communication skills and was generally not suitable for the chairperson,” she said.
Gustilo also claimed that a human resources manager admitted that the downgrade was in retaliation for her political views. She has filed an EEOC discrimination complaint against the Hennepin health care system.
If Gustilo’s allegations are true-and this is not beyond their possibility-it means that a company actually retaliated against one of its employees because they expressed political views that were inconsistent with the theology of Awakening. In addition, she was told that the fact that she appeared to be an “internalized white man” was the epitome of racism.
This is exactly the type of scenario that the ultra-left hopes to stage in organizations across the country. They want to see this behavior implemented in as many industries as possible. This is an important part of their efforts to silence opinions they disagree with. In fact, if people knew that they might be demoted, fired, or otherwise punished for not following the approved narrative, it would be much easier for a waking guild to suppress their voices?
Let people censor themselves is the name of the game here. This is another form of cancellation culture designed to ensure the hegemony of the left in political discourse. They want to convince the public that people who disagree with their Marxist ideology are not only “wrong” but also unfit for important positions. Of course, this may just be an isolated incident. But what happened in the past few years should tell us that making this assumption may be a serious mistake.
