what music do you like?
A good song is a good song… what I hear is very different. From classical music to jazz, French chanson, Italian pop. The main thing: loudly.
What is your favorite band or composer right now?
Amy MacDonald, I saw her on stage during her last tour in Germany. I miss that. I have been looking forward to meeting Peter Maffay, we have been friends for many years. On my 50th birthday, he gave me one of his leather jackets, and whenever possible, I would go to his concert. Backstage too. When he was working on his last album in Amsterdam, he came to my house for breakfast and enthusiastically told me to unplug and plug the plug.
In the past year, which series did you like to watch?
I usually watch serials next to me, and I often watch it too late, so much so that my wife accuses me of “watching it wildly.” You know the principle of the media library: this small field at the bottom of the screen, 3, 2, 1 seconds-the next episode begins. I can recommend “Marseille”, Gerard Depardieu’s political thriller, “The Land”-all seasons. Of course there is also “Berlin Babylon”.
What is your favorite restaurant, takeaway, or other food source?
There is a great Greek near Aachen, where I eat gyroscope and Bifteki or pick it up. In Berlin, there are hardly any restaurants near Konrad-Adenauer-Haus, but I sometimes go from there to a very good Turk on Wittenbergplatz, Yogurtlu Adana kebabs, lamb-and selfie desserts. Then of course: Italian! However, my favorite food source is my wife: her broccoli casserole or rhinestone sauerkraut with sauce from Aachener Printen-no restaurant can do this.
In the past year, which shows did you particularly like to watch?
I am a fan of crime scenes in Cologne and Munich. Except for sports programs, I almost never watch programs. However, what impressed me is how public and private broadcasters can quickly develop hygiene concepts and even produce such formats in 2020. This has saved a lot of jobs in the creative industry. By the way, I missed a project this year: Pro7 Triell, I would love to participate. Apparently Annalena Baerbock can’t.
Do you play mobile/computer/video games? If yes, which one?
No, not even during the Prime Minister’s meeting…I think the development of the gaming industry is very interesting, and I hope to have live games again soon. Take a look at the Gamescom trade fair in Cologne, I support it very much. I go there every year and I am impressed again and again. This is a place of pilgrimage!
