Few problems seem to bring progressives to the edge more than abortion.
After the Biden administration’s disastrous defeat in Afghanistan, the main topic was that the anti-abortion law in Texas was exactly the same as the Islamic Sharia law imposed on Afghan women by the Taliban. This is incredibly ignorant speech, and we cannot let it go.
First of all, how extreme Islamophobia is to attack the religious beliefs of Islamic believers on the left. The same group accusing the Trump administration of imposing a ban on travelers from Muslim-majority countries is xenophobic and racist now only relentlessly making “Islamic law” accusations. According to their own standards, this is despicable racism.
Secondly, this is a very basic analysis, and there is actually no argument to support the choice. It’s lazy to jump to that kind of rhetoric. We know why they jumped on it. They saw all the news in Afghanistan and thought it was okay to draw a line from point A to point B as they thought, regardless of the actual situation.
The truth is this: women can go out. They are allowed to work. They are allowed to drive. They are allowed to obtain contraceptives. They are allowed to make health care choices for themselves. They are allowed to go to university and earn degrees at a higher rate than men.
In the United States, women are allowed to have political opinions. They can have sex outside of marriage without being stoned to death. In the United States, women are even allowed to become men.
Try to do this in Afghanistan. Try to do anything under the Taliban’s thumb. The only thing being strangled now is the right to take the lives of others.
This is the problem at hand. Among them, there is another kind of life at stake. Many liberals will ask these questions and believe that to some extent they run counter to conservatives and pro-life arguments:

The answer to these questions is almost always a resounding “yes!” from many aspects that support the movement of life. We should encourage the personality of the unborn child and everything that comes with it, such as holding fathers accountable, promoting a renewed focus on the nuclear family, and ensuring that the unborn child receives the same care in the womb as we expect parents to take care of outside the womb. Child.
None of these are new and radical. This is common sense. And, yes, there are some arguments in favor of abortion that are not basic and lazy, and even if we realize that we must ultimately protect the lives of our children, they are indeed worth considering.
But pregnancy and childbirth are not the potential killers they might have become just a few decades ago, and they certainly don’t mean that women’s social and professional lives are over. Texas law is seen as bringing women’s rights back to the dark age when we know it…really not.
The left has ordered Rowe v. Wade What is completely disruptive and endless is the deliberate misreading of the provisions of Texas law and the Supreme Court majority. They say John Roberts Lose control of the court. However, the situation is not so bad. The law does not prohibit abortion because it makes abortion providers liable when they are sued by ordinary citizens. Most people made it clear that they did not solve the constitutionality of Texas law, and anyone can still challenge it because there are doubts about its constitutionality.
In addition, the enforcement mechanism is a civil lawsuit, which means that ordinary citizens must take them to court. This is why the Supreme Court did not stop it. The person prosecuting the law is suing the government, not the party responsible for law enforcement.
But the left will not let this crisis go to waste, especially because it gives them and the media a chance to escape the absolute disaster of the collapse of Afghanistan-among them is Joe Biden’s number. Free fall.
