- By November 12, 2021, the government must confirm that it has suspended the extraction and review of O’Keeffe mobile phone content;
- By November 16, 2021, the government must submit a response to the petitioner’s motion to the court;
- By November 19, 2021, O’Keeffe reported the government’s response to the court.
