Waukesha police said that Darrell Brooks “deliberately drove his maroon SUV through the roadblock and crashed into the crowd” during the Christmas parade.

Waukesha police chief Daniel Thompson said that a lonely man deliberately drove his car, causing 5 deaths and 48 injuries, 2 of whom were children, in critical condition.
