Xiaomi will once again become the first company to launch a flagship mobile phone using Qualcomm’s latest flagship chipset.
Just like last year, Mi 12 was launched a few days before the new year, initially for the Chinese market, and a few months later for the European Union.
Like most mobile phones released today, the new Mi 12 has already had many leaks, but the latest leak revealed most of the specifications in what seems to be an official news picture.
So how does it compare to last year’s Mi 11?
Xiaomi has changed a bit this year, this is not some incremental upgrade. The external dimensions of the non-professional version of Mi 12 have changed, and the display size has been significantly reduced from 6.81 inches to 6.28 inches.
Early media photo leaks show that Xiaomi is likened to iPhone 13 This is 6.1 inches. Many people complain about the lack of small Android phones, so I think this design change will be very welcome.
It is expected that the Mi 12 Pro will retain a larger form factor.

When will it be launched in the UK and EU?
There is no official news about when Mi 12 will be launched in Western markets. However, if we assume that it follows a similar schedule as last year, then it should be announced in early February.
