My husband has a live bonsai tree that has died this year. I wanted to replace it, but then it happened in this Lego version. Because of the very positive comments, I decided to buy him a Lego Bonsai set instead of buying him a real bonsai.
He thought it was interesting and liked putting it together, but the end result was much cooler than we expected. It doesn’t look exactly like a real, living, breathing tree. The plastic ones are smaller than ours real ones. But it looks great. In addition, you never have to water it or worry that it will die.

It comes with a rectangular pot and a stand with a slotted appearance you build.
It even blooms! You can use pink cherry blossoms instead of green leaves, if you look closely, they are actually little pink frogs.
