this Healthy keto tres leches cake So incredibly sweet and moist, no one would have guessed it was sugar free!This keto version uses a similar method to the classic recipe, soaking a white vanilla cake in three kinds of milk (that’s what Third Nanny Means Spanish! ), topped with fluffy whipped cream.The base layer is inspired by mine Keto Vanilla CakeI incorporate unsweetened condensed milk and ketogenic cream for other layers.
To keep this cake impeccably moist and sweet (while remaining sugar-free), I opted for the Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend (granular cake and powder for tres leche and whipped cream).This sweetener has a sugar-like taste and zero net carbs, but is different from other sweeteners sugar substitute, it dissolves easily and doesn’t crystallize, so you don’t get a gritty texture. It also locks in moisture, so your baked goods don’t dry out like they can with erythritol sweeteners.
For flour I use mix Wholesome Yum Almond Flour and Wholesome Yum Coconut Flour to get the correct texture. They work better together than one flour alone and have the most perfect crumb texture.

Vanilla Cake:
- Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend – Especially this sweetener makes the cake softer and sweeter.different keto sweetener may work, although exact measurements may vary (use Sweetener Conversion Chart to check). Swapping out sweeteners tends to produce drier results because Besti locks in moisture better than other sweeteners.
- butter – I use grass-fed butter for richer flavor and nutrition, but any unsalted variety will do. Coconut oil will work too, but it’s best to use butter for flavoring.
- Egg – Use whole large eggs. flax eggs Might work as a replacement, but I haven’t tested to confirm.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk – you can use another Keto Milk Alternatives If you like, but almond milk has the most neutral flavor. Make sure no sugar is added.
- vanilla extract – Use high quality vanilla for best taste.
- Wholesome Yum Almond Flour & coconut powder – The combination of these two flours gives the cake a truer texture and helps absorb the milk better – avoid using just one flour or partial substitution.
- baking powder – Instead of whipping the egg whites, the baking powder helps the cake rise and has more air bubbles to absorb the milk!
Three Milks:
- Keto Unsweetened Sweetened Condensed Milk – Just make one full serving of this milk recipe (ie 1 1/2 cups) to get the correct amount.
- Unsweetened Almond Milk – This is as a keto evaporated milk substitute. You can substitute a different unsweetened milk, but the taste may change.

How to Make Keto Tres Leches

- Make condensed milk. simply Follow these directions to buy unsweetened condensed milk. On hold.
- Creamy Butter. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together butter and besti until fluffy.
- Add wet ingredients. Add eggs, one at a time, followed by almond milk and vanilla.


- Add dry ingredients. Add almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder.
- bake. Transfer the batter to a 9×13-inch pan and flatten the top. Bake until the top is golden brown and springy to the touch. Cool completely.


- Make keto three milks. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, almond milk, and heavy cream in a bowl.
- soak. Poke a hole in the cake. Pour the three milk mixture on top.
- chill. Refrigerate the cake for one hour.

- Shop: While it’s best served within 48 hours, you can cover and store this keto tres leches recipe for up to 5 days.
- Meal preparation: Prepare unsweetened sweetened condensed milk ahead of time and store until you prepare the rest of the recipe. Alternatively, you can make the entire cake recipe ahead of time before serving.
