- frozen cauliflower – You can use a bag of frozen broccoli florets from the store or freeze your own broccoli. - avocado oil – A little avocado oil helps make frozen veggies crunchy and tasty. Olive oil works too.

I keep it simple with just salt and pepper, but you can also add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Lemon Pepper Seasoning (or a little lemon juice), paprika, cumin, italian seasoning, or red pepper flakes. Also try a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese at the end!

How to Cook Frozen Broccoli in the Air Fryer

- season. In a large mixing bowl, toss frozen broccoli and olive oil until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
- Air fry. arrange the florets in air fryer basket, in a single layer. Air fry frozen broccoli florets until crisp, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Adjustment. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.

How long to cook frozen broccoli in the air fryer?
Cook frozen broccoli in an air fryer at 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Depending on the size of the florets, the time may vary by a few minutes.
storage instructions
- shop: Cooked vegetable leftovers will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- Reheat: Heat the broccoli in an air fryer at 350°F for 1-2 minutes, or in an oven at the same temperature for 5-10 minutes.
- freeze: Store any leftovers from this air fryer broccoli recipe in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 months. While broccoli is still safe to eat, it will lose its texture after repeated freezing.
