It’s always fun to have family and friends over for a party, but add some good food and the party will always be a success. Grilling is the easiest way to entertain, and you can place many different foods on the grill so the chef can enjoy the party easily too!
Some people like charcoal grills, but I like mine charcoal grill gas grill, I can control the flame and my grill has a side burner which also includes a small side table.I use the side burner to cook side dishes like corn on the cob, beans, or I even keep mine camping coffee machine Fresh coffee is cheap in the evenings, so many of my family and friends love the smell of fresh coffee when we’re out enjoying each other.
When you’re getting ready for a party, it’s always important to start with a clean grill, and when you’re putting food on the grill, have a side table to help you prepare and plate food.Make sure there is a clear area to set the food pan and place any accessories you need, such as longer handles tongs, sauce brush, and a waterproof thermometerthe important thing is to make sure your meat is cooked to the correct temperature, then cut into the meat to see if it is done, let the juices run out and dry out the meat!

Now that you have everything you need, it’s time to choose your menu, there are three basic settings to consider when grilling food and the type of food you want to cook. The first is whether you will be using direct or indirect heat, the second is how hot your grill should be, and the third is how long you should be cooking your food. You also have the option to grill with the lid open or closed to adjust the temperature, and closing the lid adds smokiness and speeds up cooking.
Just like preheating your oven, be sure to preheat your grill before cooking and spray the grill grates with a light coat of cooking oil to prevent food from sticking. No matter what temperature you’ll be cooking at, it’s a good idea to preheat your grill to high and then turn it down to whatever setting you need to grill.
The easiest and most popular foods at a BBQ party are steaks, hamburgers, pork chops, and hot dogs, and generally all beef or pork products can be cooked over medium-high heat over direct or indirect heat. For hot dogs, thin-sliced steaks, or pork chops, turn the heat down slightly as they cook quickly, and if you want better flavor, it’s best to slow down.
My favorite meat to cook on the grill is chicken, and there are white and dark meats, and there are plenty of reasons to please even the pickiest of eaters. I use a marinade and rub and cook slowly for about 30 minutes, the chicken dries out quickly so I make sure to turn often and keep using my sauce to baste and I make sure to check the temp once it hits the middle 165 degrees, you can take it out of the grill, place it on a plate, and cover it with foil.
Vegetables are great as a main or side dish, with a gas grill you can grill asparagus, eggplant and zucchini, right next to your steak, chicken or chops, you just make sure the heat is set to medium and ready for quick take out Vegetables, as they can get overcooked very quickly. A drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper is the only thing I use to season, but you can use your imagination…you’re the chef!

Throw a BBQ party Most importantly, don’t be afraid to try new things and enjoy yourself and those you’re with, there’s nothing worse than a pizza delivery that can’t work out, you only have so much time and people you care about together!
