The new Acer Predator Triton 500 SE (PT516-52s) is equipped with the latest 12th generation Intel Core i9 processor. At the time of writing, this news has not been announced, but Google quickly pointed out that this new CPU is Core i9-12900H or i9-12900HK, both of which are 14-core and 20-thread CPUs.
The slim nature of this laptop means that the CPU used is likely to be a non-overclockable Core i9-12900H, similar to last year’s model i9-11950H.
It is believed that the CPU will have a basic and boosted frequency of 2.90 GHz/4.90Ghz.
The laptop will also be equipped with the new Nvidia RTX 3080 Ti. Again, due to the slim nature of the laptop, this may be Max-Q, which does not have that much power.You need a heavier and fatter laptop, such as Acer Predator Helios 500 For full-size cards.
The remaining specifications are similar to the 16-inch 16:10 display, with a screen-to-body ratio of 87%. Acer did not specify the multiple display options, but mentioned the 240Hz WQXGA (2560×1600) panel used last year.
This laptop can run Windows 11 out of the box, and is also equipped with a full range of USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports that support DisplayPort and power supply, and one HDMI 2.1 port enables [email protected] Hz allows the user to plug in an external monitor.Most importantly, Intel Killer E3100G 2.5G Ethernet controller, Intel® Killer Wi-Fi 6E 1675i and Control Center 2.0 provide users with extremely fast connections.

Predator Helios 300 — About performance

Acer Nitro 5 — A laptop suitable for casual gaming
