Interestingly, liberals often do not understand the consequences of their positions. Not even when these consequences occur and hit them directly in the face.
For example-Andy Richter (Andy Richter), known as the partner in Conan O’Brien (Conan O’Brien) show.
My son is looking for a studio apartment near the University of Southern California. He applied for an apartment a few days ago and told us that the owner wants to pay 6 months’ rent in advance (after he and I have both paid for the application). No wonder people fucking hate landlords and management companies that provide them with convenience

Does he even understand why this is happening? He obviously didn’t.When Biden and the CDC can declare unconstitutional, why do the landlord have to six months in advance Suspension of eviction So people who don’t pay the rent will not be evicted? Oops, I don’t know why. But apparently Richter didn’t understand it, and just wanted to put it under the feet of the despicable and greedy landlords whose government deprived them of property rights. He did not understand that failed liberalism would have harmful consequences that are now hitting him. However, although he may have the money to adapt, not everyone can. This is the result of this unconstitutional bad behavior.
Discuss with Biden and the Democrats who created this issue, and he is likely to vote for these people. He just raised another question about the moratorium on deportations, in addition to being unconstitutional, good job, Andy!
Richter received a lot of education in a little reality.
Wow, it’s almost like a policy that has been implemented for a year to prevent landlords from evicting tenants who are in arrears, so now they protect themselves by asking for money in advance so that they don’t become financially bankrupt. https://t.co/ZZvyYD6wWA

Yes, I can’t imagine why landlords now want to protect their income and property…

If you can’t evict people who don’t pay, more landlords will want to pay in advance. https://t.co/af5szwPuJv

Richter did admit to supporting the “rental suspension” (he later corrected it to a suspension of evictions). But instead of having a logical discussion about it, he turned to it and put forward a ridiculous argument in favor of vaccines/masks.
I must have seen it on MAGA Twitter, because I saw a lot of QT saying that “idiot socialists are trying to suspend rents.” Yes, I am. However, if you support vaccines and support masks, I will only accept your criticism that I don’t understand causality. I bet you are not.

Now it’s interesting that Richter might still be because The Supreme Court ruled yesterday with a 6-3 ruling Cancel the suspension of execution of the District Court’s decision to oppose the suspension of deportation. Undoubtedly, he doesn’t understand why the Supreme Court, which he might consider evil and conservative, actually helped him, other renters and landlords by ruling on CDC’s illegal actions.
The court pointed out that if you allow this idea, you are basically giving the CDC unprecedented powers in almost everything.
For example, can the CDC force the delivery of groceries to the homes of patients or vulnerable groups for free? Are manufacturers required to provide free computers for people to work from home? Order the telecommunications company to provide free high-speed Internet services to facilitate remote work?
Exactly. If allowed, it will transcend this problem and enter a broader and more dangerous power grab. Fortunately, the Supreme Court rejected this.
