But perhaps Biden’s worst remarks are when he speaks, you can see that his brain is broken in the comments. Seeing him suddenly force, start talking nonsense, squinting his eyes and trying to read the teleprompter, his head starts to slide to the right. Then he gave up briefly trying to fill the time because he couldn’t understand what he was supposed to say and talked nonsense carelessly about not wanting to take up people’s time in the cold. When he tries to make up for the time he has failed to say, it is always his “telling”-saying “I have timed out” or “I don’t want to take up your time.”
