Democrats always tell the American people that Republicans just dream of how to take back civil rights and restore Jim Crow. From voter status requirements to tax cuts, the Democrats will not use any questions to scare their loyal voters into believing that once Republicans have the power to do so, Jim Crow’s segregation will be restored. Democratic voters are the only ones obstructing the return to “separated but equal.”
The irony is that we are indeed returning to “separated but equal”, but it is the progressive left that brought us there, and everything is in the name of justice.
In a shocking story in Atlanta, a local mother was shocked to discover that her daughter’s elementary school was segregating classrooms.Kira Posi Tell Atlanta TV Last year she discovered that Marilyn Elementary School had been dividing students into white and black classrooms. After she called the principal Sharyn Briscoe (Sharyn Briscoe), she was even more shocked. The principal admitted that the policy was in place, and she herself agreed.
“First, it is incredible that I had this conversation in 2020 with someone who looked a lot like me-a black woman,” Posey said. “This is an isolated classroom. You can’t isolate the classroom. You can’t do this.”
Posey said she found that the school divided black students into two different classes with two different teachers.
White children are arranged in six classes with six different teachers.
When Posey called the school to see if she could let her daughter and a teacher she thought might be more suitable, she made the discovery.
Posey said that the principal told her that it didn’t work.
“She said it was not one of the black classes, and I immediately said,’What does this mean?’ I was confused. I asked for more clarification. I thought,’What are there in our school?’ She went on,’Yes. I decided to divide all black students into two classes,'” Posey said.
Posey said she insisted that her children go to class with white students. She said Briscoe explained that her child would be quarantined.
The Atlanta mother told the principal that such a move was illegal. In the recorded call, the administrator can be heard saying that she just hopes that “black students get the special services they need.”
Posey has filed a federal discrimination complaint with the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education.
In a statement to WSB-TV2 reporter Tom Jones, representatives of Atlanta Public Schools said they had resolved the issue.
“Atlanta Public Schools does not tolerate the assignment of students to classrooms based on race. The school district has reviewed these allegations. Appropriate actions have been taken to resolve this issue and the matter is closed.”
However, Posey said she hopes those responsible will be fired.
“My community, if they knew about this, they might be very frustrated. Not only black parents, but white parents,” Posey said.

Liberal TV personalities like to accuse conservatives of being obsessed with CRT, but they are obsessed with avoiding the return of apartheid. The principal not only felt very comfortable with quarantining her students, but even did so without notifying the parents. This awakened arrogance is too dangerous to tolerate.
But if the progressive left has their way, that is the direction for all of us. Joe Biden has repeatedly told us that election integrity reforms in states such as Georgia and Texas are like “Jim Crow on steroids.” However, here is a liberal educator (presumably a Democratic voter) who actually resurrected Jim Crow at her school and called it a “special service.” If we are not careful, the Democrats will lock us all up.
Parents like Kila Posey and those who stand up at school board meetings across the country must prevent the insidious spread of legal discrimination back into our public lives.
